We prioritize our customers' satisfaction. However, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. Prior to using our products, please read the instructions on the label and our website to ensure that you apply the product correctly.
Please take note that Defined by Bre is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders. Any customer error, such as incorrect addresses or refused/undeliverable orders, shall be the customer's responsibility. In case of such issues, please contact USPS/UPS with any questions or concerns, once tracking information is provided to you.
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the time of purchase, and shipped out accordingly. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at definedbybre@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, although it is important to note that orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
When you pre-order a product from us, you are agreeing to wait until the item is available for us to send to you. Please keep in mind that filing a chargeback due to impatience may harm our business. If you're unable to wait for the product, please refer to the expected date of arrival so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. Please note that by purchasing from our pre-orders, you are acknowledging that patience is required.
